The Gulff UV flashlights are made for UV curing purposes.  A 365nm wavelength UV flashlight is, in most cases, the best and optimal for UV resin curing.  
Today, commonly used 395nm UV LED light does not provide as much light in the wavelengths to activate the resin curing in the best way.  Gulff 365nm wavelength LED produces a special band of light that matches the absorption spectrum of the photo initiator.
